The Phil Schneider Story

According to The Oregonian newspaper obituary dated January 29, 1996, Philip Schneider (April 23, 1947 – Jan 17, 1996) was said to have died of a stroke on January 17. His death certificate officially claims that he “strangled self with surgical tubing”, suggesting that he had in fact committed suicide by wrapping a rubber catheter hose around his neck three times and tying it in a half-knot at the front before collapsing head first into his wheelchair. Those close to Phil have no doubts that he was actually murdered.
He was in the process of leaking vital information to the public of which he was privy to and felt a huge sense of purpose regarding this task despite the several physical illnesses of which he was suffering at the time that included osteoporosis, multiple sclerosis and cancer. His previous lecture tour in 1995 was sponsored by Al Bielik (a crewmember onboard the U.S.S. Eldridge during the infamous Philadelphia Experiment) who knew Phil’s father and had become good friends with Phil during the tours. Philip was scheduled to commence another tour in 1996 but would not survive long enough to see it through as it would seem that somebody wanted him to stop talking.
There are several reasons why so many people believe that he was murdered including the fact that there was no suicide note and that he always told everyone that if he ever “committed suicide” then you would know that he had actually been murdered. He had already had thirteen attempts made on his life, which he had openly discussed in public previous to his mysterious death. He had been shot at, driven off the road, and on one occasion the wheel nuts on his car had been loosened before he was due to return to his vehicle. So why was Phil Schneider a target and who exactly was trying to silence him?
For the last two years of his life, Schneider toured the United States giving over thirty lectures concerning information of a conspiratorial nature regarding many issues of governmental deception and involvement in highly classified clandestine activities. His work as a structural engineer on government black projects and the construction of deep underground facilities in the United States, coupled with top secret information he was to discover following the death of his father Captain Otto Oscar Schneider, led him to finally go public and forego his oath of secrecy in the hope that exposing the truth might just encourage the nation to wake-up to the deceit and empower themselves.
Phil Schneider was being heavily monitored because of the secretive nature of his work and also because of his father’s involvement in black projects. Shortly before his death Philip had completed a manuscript ready for publishing which listed all of the DUMBs, complete with longitude and latitudes, along with details of other U.S. Government deceptions including information on the alien agenda and plans for a New World Order. This led to an attempt to kidnap his daughter Marie by an agent from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).
In 1947, Phil was born in a US Naval Hospital in Bethesda, Montgomery County in Maryland. His father Oscar was a Captain in the United States Navy who worked in nuclear medicine and also helped to design the Nautilus, the first US nuclear submarine. During one of his 1995 lectures, Phil stated that his father was actually a captured Nazi U-boat commander who became repatriated into the US Naval Intelligence which ultimately led to his involvement with the controversial Philadelphia Experiment during the early 1940’s.
Phil Schneider started off by going to an engineering school and built up a reputation for being a gifted geological engineer and also a structural engineer with both aerospace and military applications. He was also an expert on explosives and particularly on the effect of explosives on geological structures.
Initially, his employment was with Morrison-Knudsen Corporation building underground mountain bases whilst also working for the US Army Corps of Engineers and the US Navy. According to his ex-wife Cynthia Drayer, Phil worked using two social security numbers. Drayer commented, “I was able to prove that he had two social security numbers through the social security office when I applied for his daughter’s death benefits.”[ii]
Throughout the majority of his career he worked using the wrong social security number and it was only after he was granted Social Security Income in 1981 that his ‘real’ number came into use. The reason for using two numbers was due to the fact that he claimed to have had one of the highest security clearances in the world called ‘Rhyolite 38 - level 38’. During one of his presentations Schneider told the audience “I carried a level 1 security clearance, Rhyolite 38 Factor. There are very few of us. There’s nobody except myself to my knowledge, talking like this. I’m breaking federal law coming out and talking about this to a group of people.”
His decision to go public followed the murder of his friend Ron Rummell (also officially declared as suicide) whose body was found in a park in Portland in September 1993. Phil believed that 11 of his best friends had been murdered over the last 22 years, eight of which had been officially declared as suicides, and although he had experienced such loss on many previous occasions, he decided this was the last straw that it was time to spill the beans and get the information out in the open.
Rummell’s death had a profound effect on Schneider who decided one day to cut up his high level clearance security card and go public with his knowledge of DUMBs, the alien agenda and Black Budget operations.

According to Schneider, the Black Budget garners $1.023 trillion every two years, which amounts to roughly 500 billion dollars every year, about a quarter of the U.S. gross national budget. The Black Budget is an independent taxing body which is not monitored by Congress. It is believed to be mainly financed by CIA drug operations, the NSA (National Security Agency), the DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) and possibly the FBI. In January of 1995, an FBI agent attempted to go public with information on this matter and according to Schneider was subsequently murdered.
As of 1995, there were 131 active deep underground military bases in the United States alone, with 1,477 being built worldwide. These figures will have risen dramatically since his lectures were recorded. Each base has an average cost of between 17 and 19 billion dollars to construct, and they are being built using extremely sophisticated methods at the rate of around two bases per year. Schneider was involved working in government black projects for 17 years as a geologist and structural engineer.
He worked on bases at Area 51 and the S-4 facility at Groom Lake in the Nevada desert and also at Los Alamos in New Mexico. He describes the bases as “basically large cities underground” which are connected to each other by high-speed magneto-leviton trains and reach speeds of up to Mach 2. Unlike the trains we are familiar with, these don’t actually run on the rails, rather they are raised three quarters of an inch off the rail. We currently have no such technology on the surface at this point.
Schneider insists that nine underground military bases have been built at Area 51, with each base measuring at about 4 and a quarter cubic miles. Idaho alone is home to another eleven bases. In general, underground bases have an average depth of just over a mile and are between 2.66 and 4.25 cubic miles in size.
The machines used to excavate such vast areas of earth are known as TBMs or tunnel boring machines, but rather than simply drilling through the ground to create a large tunnel, these machines are much more advanced and don’t really bore a hole as much as they vitrify, melt and deflagrate the rock, leaving no detritus as the rock is essentially vaporised and the residue from the molten ash forms a smooth interior tunnel wall of an almost glassy consistency. The Krupp Works in Germany are allegedly responsible for the development of this technology. The machines are said to tunnel around seven miles long in a single day.
According to Schneider they have been building unceasingly night and day since the 1940’s and have managed to maintain the secrecy for so long by continually forwarding the construction progress behind closed doors. “The Black Projects sidestep the authority of congress, which as we know is illegal. Right now the New World Order is depending on these bases. If I had known at the time I was working on them that the NWO was involved, I would not have done it. I was lied to extensively” asserts Schneider, who initially believed that the underground bases were top secret mainly due to legitimate reasons concerning national security.
Military secret technology is believed to increase and progress at a rate of 44.5 years per calendar year of ‘conventional’ technology, largely influenced by the involvement of non-human high-technology which has either been amicably shared with us via some formal treaty system or retrieved fortuitously by us and reverse-engineered. As Schneider told his audiences in reference to the Philadelphia Experiment, “This is why it is easy to understand that back in 1943 they were able to create, through the use of vacuum tube technology, a ship that could literally disappear from one place and appear in another. Right now military technology is about 1200 years more advanced than public state technology.”[v]
It is alleged that the Dulce facility in New Mexico is one of only two bases in the United States that was purpose built for the joint use of the alien nation and the U.S. Government where an exchange of technology could take place. The Dulce base is supposed to have been built on top of already existent ancient caverns and tunnels comparable in size to the Carlsbad Caverns (the largest and deepest in the world), which have been allegedly used by reptilian-type humanoids for centuries.

The Rand Corporation which employed Schneider’s services at some point repeatedly enlarged the caverns for their own purposes. Thomas Castello recalls hearing that Dulce was initially started by the Army Engineers in 1937-38 with the most recent work of connecting tunnels to the Page Arizona Base (one of the older underground facilities) being completed in 1965-66. In recent times, researchers have endeavoured to prove the existence of underground caverns beneath the surface of the Archuleta Mesa by using equipment to take sound recordings under the ground. The preliminary and computer analysis of these findings indicated that there were indeed deep cavities under the Mesa which extended to a depth of over 4,000 feet.
